My stay at Kolovare Beach was truly delightful with warm insights provided by Nina, making my explorations of Zadar seamless. The room boasted modern amenities like effective air conditioning and a mini fridge. unlocking multiple doors each time out grew somewhat tedious.

Staying at the One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View was a delight. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. Just a few minutes walk to Kolovare Beach, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. Zadar’s old town is also a short stroll away, making it easy to explore historic sites. Nina, our host, was warm and welcoming, providing valuable tips about local attractions. I appreciated the good air conditioning, especially during the hot days. the bed could use a bit more softness. it felt quite firm for my liking. bringing a few more kitchen utensils would enhance the self-catering experience. The locks on multiple doors for accessing the room were a bit cumbersome. It definitely took some time to unlock everything every trip outside.

The decor was lovely and modern, making everything feel fresh and inviting. I could easily navigate the lovely grassy area outside, perfect for a gentle stroll near the Kolovare beach, where I enjoyed the sun.

More seating options in the lounge would be helpful.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Zadar with all in all brilliant value for money. The proximity to Kolovare Beach made it super easy to enjoy the sun without a hassle. Make sure to explore the nearby coastal paths for a relaxing walk.

Best possible location, close to both the old town and the beaches. Nina was very friendly and always 15 minutes away. She gave us a quick introduction to Zadar and a map and recommendations for things to do and see.

It wasn't inexpensive , but still acceptable.

I had a 3-night stay in a Comfort Double Room, and I couldn't be happier with the location. It's just a short 10-minute walk to Zadar's old town, making it super convenient for exploring. Nina, our host, went the extra mile by providing a map and personalized recommendations, which greatly enriched my visit. Plus, the free baggage storage after check-out was a lifesaver, allowing me more time at the beautiful Kolovare Beach. The only downside was the multiple door locks to access the room, which could be a bit tedious.
